Grigò Pinot Grigio DOC, Spumante Millesimato Brut Blush.

Pale pink color, this elegant pinot grigio has characteristic notes of violet and apricot, among which you can also perceive slight nuances of exotic fruit. In the mouth it is fresh, captivating, enhanced by pleasant hints of wild strawberries.

The bubbles are fine and persistent, creamy on the palate. Medium body and harmonious texture. Excellent as an aperitif, in combination with finger food, canapés, light appetizers.

It gives its best with marinated fish, grilled prawns, particularly enhanced also combined with stewed mussels and sea risotto.
